No. ODBC drivers live their life relatively separate from firebird, even
those that are sub-projects of Firebird.

Plus, I personally have no use for such package, because I don't use ODBC.

You may want to file an RFP (request for package) bug report and someone
may eventually come to packaging it. See
http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/ for more information.

I for one am rather busy with the new packaging scheme and firebird2.0
so can't help much.
