Done. For anonymous access you may use svn://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-firebird

https:// used to work at some time, before alioth's move to another machine.

You don't need to re-checkout anything, use svn switch --relocate <url>,
having <url> corresponding to the one given by `svn info' (replacing
https with svn)
