I'll fix this when it is clear that the transition plan is actually
working. We're still experimental.

The problem I currently know of is that on *amd64*, databases created by
firebird2 (1.5.3) are not readable by firebrid1.5 (1.5.4). The error I
get is "decompression buffer overrun". The hexdump difference of both
databases is minimal.

I need to find the source of the problem (where exactly the differences
appear) and then find some solution. I am not sure how friendly upstream
will be on this, since amd64 is not officially supported. We'll see.
