Thank you for taking time to report that.

Upstream supports only i386, amd64 and sparc for firebird1.5.
Package never built on anything else. Adding support for new
architectures can't happen without upstream's collaboration and they
prefer to focus on newer versions (1.5 is archived).

Sorry if this is disappointing.
