thanks now it compiles and the package is build

after install i get only an startup error

 /etc/init.d/firebird2.1-super start
i did an echo "$MANAGER"
/usr/lib/firebird/2.1/bin/fbmgr
but the startup line gives
 * Starting Firebird 2.1 server
manager...
exec: 4: /usr/lib/firebird/2.0/bin/fbmgr.bin: not found
