[pkg-firebird-general] Bug#474773: firebird FTBFS on mips

Firebird2.0 fails to build on mips. This is caused by an incorrect
assuption about predefined compiler macros (it is MIPSEB, not MIPS,
for big endian Linux/MIPS). The attached file is an update to the
package's mips patch which fixes the problem.
