[pkg-firebird-general] [Firebird-devel] droping firebird-classic from debian , pushing super-classic in 2.5

Hi

I see no advantages of Classic over SuperClassic, so why keep it?
I agree superclassic should not replace super, because of super's shared
cache.

So two packages shoud suffice: firebird2.5-super, firebird2.5-superclassic.

Regards,
   Steffen

i think is better to be safe
creating an new package is easy for super-classic

so i will propose to stay the old way and provide all packages
firebird2.5-super
firebird2.5-superclassic
firebird2.5-classic

if the user wants the new superclassic then he can install it
if is used to the old packages then he/she can install the old ones
super or classic
