[pkg-firebird-general] We need firebird 1.5.x back

Sorry, I have no resources (time/willingness) to support packages of 
ancient firebird versions. For example, I am planning on phasing out 
firebird 2.0 soon.

Not to mention that 1.5 doesn't get much attention upstream any more, 
so supporting this security-wise is troublesome.

You can maintain the packages yourself if you wish, or you can fix the 
queries that no longer work with recent firebirds.
