No, it is not. :/

What would you suggest?

 1) drop doc/Firebird-2-QuickStart.pdf and doc/ReleaseNotes.pdf from 
    the source package? (we repackage it anyway)
 2) while repackaging, bundle SGML sources from upstream CVS (somehow; 
    would require bugging upstream to actualy commit these as the 2.5 
    documentation seems missing)
 3) something else?
