[pkg-firebird-general] Bug#585478: firebird2.5: libfbtrace missing from the packages

This is more of a public TODO.

It was reported to me (in private) that the libfbtrace.so library is missing 
from the packages. I have to figure out if it is specific to the server 
architecture or if it can be put in -server-common.

Or perhaps a separate package? What about soname?
