[pkg-firebird-general] Bug#626931: FTBFS on GNU/Hurd

Firebird FTBFS on GNU/Hurd because MAXPATHLEN is not defined on that
platform.

Attached is a patch which fixes that.  Please apply, it is a simple
fix and it blocks php5 build on GNU/Hurd.
