[pkg-firebird-general] Bug#717098: firebird-dev: ships neither fb_config nor fbembed.pc, making usage hard(er)

Just a note from fellow Gentoo libreoffice maintainer.

We in Gentoo do not provide this files at all either. So I am not exactly sure 
wether we should provide these or not.

Best course would be probably providing the .pc files and making upstream use 
them?
