Dear Maintainer,

LibreOffice 5.3 updates it's firebird to 3.0 and apparently needs
libEngine12.so (also at build/test time).

This means I added a Build-Depends and a Depends on firebird3.0-server.

But on a dist-upgrade this happens:

Which obviously is bad.

Maybe "core" stuff should be split out to a firebird3.0-server-core or somesch
(as did mysql with mysql-server-core-x.y when KDE started to use it in
amarok(?))
