i have dist-upgraded my unstable box and the upgrade to 2.0.3.12981.ds1-6 from 2.0.3.12981.ds1-5 went ok <br>without issues<br><br>also on my stable box i builded the package and installed it <br>dget -x <a href="http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/f/firebird2.0/firebird2.0_2.0.3.12981.ds1-6.dsc">http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/f/firebird2.0/firebird2.0_2.0.3.12981.ds1-6.dsc</a><br>
cd firebird2.0-2.0.3.12981.ds1/<br>debuild -i<br><br><br>dpkg -i firebird2.0-common_2.0.3.12981.ds1-6_i386.deb firebird2.0-super_2.0.3.12981.ds1-6_i386.deb firebird2.0-examples_2.0.3.12981.ds1-6_all.deb libfbclient2_2.0.3.12981.ds1-6_i386.deb firebird2.0-doc_2.0.3.12981.ds1-6_all.deb firebird2.0-dev_2.0.3.12981.ds1-6_all.deb libfbembed2_2.0.3.12981.ds1-6_i386.deb<br>
<br>i had to run dpkg-reconfigure to enable it <br><br>dpkg-reconfigure firebird2.0-super<br><br>I have to send an merge request for ubuntu hardy so they import the latest version with install bug fixed <br><br>ps: it worked ok the above package on ubuntu hardy too <br clear="all">
