Too many admins in the PKG Team

Hi all,

There are too many admins in the Flash Packaging Team, in my opinion,
and that might be a problem in the future. I'd like to have 3, or 5 at
most, but I just don't know who is active and who isn't, and who is
interested. Please, all of you who happen to be admins in the Team,
and are active and interested in being admins, please step in and say
so. I plan to remove those who don't say anything in a few days. If I
demote someone due to an error, being on holidays or something, it
should be quite easy to correct it. If there are too many candidates
who want to have the responsibility of being admins, we'll see what to
do. I for one can step out if there are may active candidates.
