Bug#623733: typo in /etc/gnashrc

according to this documentation 'pluginsound' should be lower case also.

Also i have found out by this, that quite a number of options are missing in
Debians default /etc/gnashrc. But some other options that are in Debians
/etc/gnashrc are not listed in documentation above.
I think /etc/gnashrc needs an update as a hole.

I can create a patch but someelse has to tell which options are possibly
obsolete now.
