Dear Maintainer,

Working with the ‘gnash-dev’ package requires understanding how it
works and what it does.

The documentation package is primarily developer documentation. Please
set a “Suggests: gnash-doc” dependency to the developer library
package ‘gnash-dev’.

This will mean that administrators choosing to install it will receive
the suggestion.
