The package:
* FTBFS (in multiple ways at multiple levels)
* is unmaintained
* is blocking boost1.61 removal

Also, Flash is technology that is being superseded by HTML5-based stuff,
and in general, well, it's Flash.

Please remove lightspark from the archive.
