[Pkg-fonts-bugs] Bug#375241: Tamil glyphs should be removed

ttf-tamil-udeb is used in g-i for rendering Tamil text.  freefont
contains glyphs in the same range U0b80-U0bff which should be removed
to make sure g-i uses the right font (see [1])
The simple patch at the end of the message does it.
