A later version of Jomolhari font than the one currently included in the 
ttf-dzongkha package is available from:

This version contains a few bug-fixes and a number of additional glyphs. Now
supports all combinations in of Part A of Chinese encoding for Tibetan.

Please note license for Jomolhari font was also changed from GNU GPL to SIL Open 
Font License as this seems to be more appropriate for fonts.
