The upstream author says in his last change-log: 'what I call "Type42
CID" should actually be called either "Type11" or "CID Type 2"' (see
http://fontforge.sourceforge.net/changelog.html#change-log ).

So, I decided to remove Type42 from the list of supported formats
in the package description again. It is better to suppress something,
than to mislead the users.
