[Pkg-fonts-bugs] Bug#452838: ttf-dejavu: dash character is invisible at size 10 with DejavuSans

I've dug a bit more and noticed that the problem appeared starting with version 2.20-1;
after bisecting I've narrowed the problem down to the following commit:

use sane CVT value for thickness, so glyph does not become 1.5 times more thick at large sizes
