[Pkg-fonts-bugs] Bug#547703: Add fontconfig rules to map Bitstream Vera to DejaVu

Version: 2.30-1

As ttf-bitstream-vera has been removed from unstable,
ttf-dejavu should add fontconfig rules to map Bitstream Vera*
fonts to DejaVu*.

For example:
  <alias binding="same">
    <family>Bitstream Vera Sans</family>
    <accept><family>DejaVu Sans</family></accept>
  </alias>


Additionally the ttf-dejavu package should provide/replace
ttf-bitstream-vera for a smooth upgrade.
