A first shot at it is on http://mdcc.cx/~joostvb/tmp/ now.  Run

 dget http://mdcc.cx/~joostvb/tmp/freedict-tools_0.2-1.dsc

to fetch it.  I'll likely do more work on it tomorrow.  I also
plan to hack on freedict-deu-nld_0.1-0.1.

Hrm, perhaps we should use
svn/svn.debian.org/collab-maint/ext-maint/freedict; see
http://wiki.debian.org/AliothPackagingProject.  I guess we'll have SVN
working faster is we use that.  (Perhaps
http://wiki.debian.org/CollaborativeMaintenance has some relevant notes
too.)
