deu-nld and eng-lat build, kur-tur doesn't (but I think I know how to
fix that), didn't try swa-eng yet.

I might have some time tomorrow to work on it.  I won't work on it the
next couple of hours.

We still get bounces: "messages to the PTS require an X-PTS-Approved
header".  I'll fix that, soonish.
