I'd like to submit an ITP for freedict-tools.  (I didn't see one yet on
http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/being_packaged).  I feel freedict-tools
as it's in SVN now is OK for a first upload to experimental.  It builds
deu-nld, eng-lat and kur-tur now, so we could post ITP's and upload
these to experimental soonish, too.

Of course we'll likely have to change freedict-tools soon after the
first upload.  Still I'd like to get some real stuff in the archive now.
I feel it's time :)
