Hi.

REJECTed:

debian/copyright states "Copyright © 2004 Arabeyes.org", but
that is nowhere mentioned in the source package which instead
lists the individual contributors.

The .tei file seems not to be the source, the .po files you get
from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=34866&package_id=93898
seem to be.  Please include the real source in the package.
