[debian-freedict] Status update

Good evening everybody,

the packages are on their way to Debian unstable/sid. This means that I've
managed new FreeDict packages for the next Ubuntu 14.04 and Debian Jessi 8.0
releases. Sébastien Villemond was a big help in this regard: he sponsors the
upload and gave hints for packaging errors.

I updated on that way

    http://wiki.debian.org/FreeDict

which now documents how users can use the databases, how the build process works
and what is still left to do. If someone wants to join me - please do not
hesitate ;-).
