[debian-freedict] end OpenDict support(?)

Hello all,

I am thinking about ending the support for OpenDict. I am not in the position to
test the OpenDict integration and I remember that it is somehow broken.
Furthermore OpenDict is orphaned and also not developed by upstream anymore.
Since we do have an alternative (GoldenDict), I would just drop the support.

What do you think?

Sebastian
