Yes, you should roll out a release over at FreeDict. To be more precise, check
whether it looks good when you transform it to c5 (make spa-por.c5 in the same
directory) and check whether it is well-formed TEI using
xmllint --relaxng fr*.rng spa-por.tei

After this you just need to ask one of the FreeDict administrators do make the
actual release. I am also on the list and will try to make a new release ASAP.
If however you have special interest in seeing your dictionary in Debian as soon
as possible (e.g. due to the freeze), just drop me a private email and I'll try
to schedule things earlier.
