[Pkg-freeipmi-devel] freeipmi packaging RFH

Hi,

I've tokked the change and merged 1.1.6 and pushed it as we needed it at
work. builds fine in squeeze at least. Didn't upload it yet, but I can
push it to experimental if its fine for you.
