Package: freeipmi-tools
Version: 1.1.5-3
Severity: normal
I had freeipmi from wheezy installed on a system running mostly squeeze. All dependencies were satisfied, but ipmipower gave this error when trying to power on some devices:
ipmi_rmcpplus_init: incompatible crypto library
I did an apt-get intall -t testing libgcrypt11, which did these upgrades:
Selecting previously deselected package libp11-kit0.
(Reading database ... 120159 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking libp11-kit0 (from .../libp11-kit0_0.12-3_amd64.deb) ...
Preparing to replace libgnutls26 2.8.6-1+squeeze2 (using .../libgnutls26_2.12.20-1_amd64.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement libgnutls26 ...
Preparing to replace libgcrypt11 1.4.6-9 (using .../libgcrypt11_1.5.0-3_amd64.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement libgcrypt11 ...
Setting up libp11-kit0 (0.12-3) ...
Setting up libgcrypt11 (1.5.0-3) ...
Setting up libgnutls26 (2.12.20-1) ...
Then ipmipower worked fine again.
