Ah sorry, I did not use the Neuro packages. I have built them on my own
with cowbuilder:
$ git clone
https://anonscm.debian.org/git/pkg-freeipmi/pkg-freeipmi.git 
$ git branch upstream origin/upstream
$ DIST=trusty ARCH=amd64 git-buildpackage --git-builder='pdebuild
--debbuildopts -sa' --git-upstream-branch=upstream
--git-debian-branch=master
