[Pkg-freevo-maint] freevo 1.9.0-1 and kaa.display

Hello!
With my latest dist-ugrade I now have installed freevo 1.9.0-1 on my media 
box. However it seems not to be useable for me.
The Program starts and finlly exits again.
Looks like it is missing a python module 'kaa.display' which seems to be  not 
available within debian yet.
Any ideas what I could do to get freevo running again ?
Going back to 1.8.3 seems also not be easily possible as some depencies seem 
to force 1.9.0-1 back in.

I also got me the source.code from the kaa-packages (kaa.base, 
kaa.metadata,kaa.imlib2, kaa.display) and tried to compile them. This also 
didn't work too good as python complained about some missing/not known 'loop'-
module:-(
