hi,

I now can reproduce the problem; it occours with some skins, and not
with others; I tested some,

"panorama" skin is fine,
"crystal", "mediaportal", "noia", do not properly display some polish
characters

As a temporary workaround, you can use the "panorama" skin;
to change  skin, hit the "display" button of the remote, or the "d" key
on the keyboard, while in the main menu.
