[pkg-friendica-maint] Regarding Friendica package

I have done some more commits that got necessary during my  
installation test phase.

1.
I have to problems left that I am now too tired for:

   /etc/friendica/htconfig.php

does not get created properly.

2.
If I fix that file manually after installation, I stumble over this  
error in my apache2 logs:

[Mon Apr 08 02:12:56 2013] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] PHP Fatal error:  
  Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate  
130968 bytes) in /usr/share/friendica/boot.php on line 81

Maybe this log line makes sense to either of you?
