    Clean up camera sensor driver
    
    This patch does some light cleanup on the S5K4BA driver:
    
    - change structure initializers from  field:  to  .field =  syntax
    - exlicitly name fields in structure initializers
    - added proper error handling to sensor_read
    - use ARRAY_SIZE
    - remove redundant parentheses and braces
    - change // to /* ... */
    - remove non-ASCII characters
    - general whitespace cleanup
    - removed an unused variable warning
    
    (4xa_sensor.h is only partially cleaned up.)
