[pkg-fso-maint] Upload changes mails not working

Hi,

upload notification do not seem to work, looks like a missing ruby
library:

/home/groups/pkg-fso/repository/conf/notify_changes:8:in `require': no
such file to load -- rmail (LoadError)
	from /home/groups/pkg-fso/repository/conf/notify_changes:8
Notification process
'/home/groups/pkg-fso/repository/conf/notify_changes' returned with exit
code 1!
Exporting indices...
Deleting files no longer referenced...

So manually notifying: I uploaded a new fso-frameworkd with an
ntype-assertion workaround.
