[pkg-fso-maint] How to manage bugs (was Re: fso-frameworkd: fix for https://docs.openmoko.org/trac/ticket/1309 not implemented?)

That’s an excellent idea. Feel free to start tagging away. Maybe we can
even add these bugs to the pkgreport that already includes all our
unofficial packages.

It’s up to the user. If they are sure that it’s upstream (which is not
hard) then they should file it upstream. They are welcome to also file
it in Debian, and the bugs should be linked (by "bts 12345 forwarded"
and "tags +upstream"). If the user is unsure, or lazy, he can just file
it on b.d.o, and then it’s our task as good maintainers to decided if it
ought to be forwarded.

So what’s there for us to decide? :-)
