[pkg-fso-maint] E: Internal error: install

Hello,

trying to install Debian on my Neo Freerunner I get the following error:

"E: Internal error: install"

over and over after
...
P: Configuring package util-linux
P: Configuring package initscripts
P: Configuring package sysvinit

I have tried the installation from Qtopia and from OM2007.2.
Have used a SD-Card 512MB, a SDHC-Card 4GB, vfat and ext2.

This error is described in the FAQ  
(http://wiki.debian.org/DebianOnFreeRunner),
but there is no answer.

Do you know a fix or work around?
