[pkg-fso-maint] Openmoocow cow sound replacement

Hello,

the openmoocow that has been waiting in NEW for a while has been
rejected because the license on the cow sound is not well written
and could be interpreted as "use only, modifications not allowed".

I am considering to use the one shipped with OpenOffice:

  /usr/lib/openoffice/share/gallery/sounds/cow.wav

It has a more sudden start ("MMOOOoooo") than the one shipped with
openmoocow ("mmmooOOOO"), so it wouldn't sound like a moo box, but at
least it would still sound like a cow.

Otherwise, if anyone knows of a good, DFSG-free, moo-box-like
replacement for the moo sound, do let me know.
