[pkg-fso-maint] gsm0710muxd, missing 0.9.1-git20080613-2 on git.d.o

Hi there!

I was preparing a new Debian version for gsm0710muxd, since I found that
some Build-Depends: were missing [1].

Just before building the new version I discovered that the pkg-fso
repository already contains the 0.9.1-git20080613-2 version.  I guess
Joachim forgot to push his changes to the git.d.o repository.

How should I proceed now?  I would prefer to have a clean history, but
this seems now impossible.  So, we should try to merge every old change:
if Git doesn't complain, I'll fix my stuff and prepare a new version ;-)
