I had planned to not look into packaging qt extended before it is FSO
based (as it will be some day, according to the Openmoko guys). OTOH, if
you want to take a stab at packaging qtopia, go ahead! Although it will
probably take some work to make a nice Debian-compatible package out of
it.

Maybe you should talk to the qt maintainers, if they can help you with
that, or maybe they know of present problems with qt extended.
