[pkg-fso-maint] milestone4 and Debian

Hi,

milestone4 is out, it seems. I have created new packages for frameworkd,
zhone and fso-gpsd and pushed my changes in git, but I did not upload
them to the archive. There are two points to do before we can do that:

 * Update openmoko-panel-plugin: The APIs have changed, and the panel
plugin does not start any more. Sebiastian, I guess this means your.
 * The kernel image: Probably not totally crucial, but nice to have:
Package the kernel version that FSO ships with their milestone4 images.
Gismo, can you do that, or give instructions?

While I was at it, I also created a git repository for fso-gpsd on
alioth, as was demanded by some :-)

Greetings,
Joachim
