[pkg-fso-maint] Alioth folder htdocs/freerunner/can_be_deleted?

Already in the files Git repository [a], I would delete from there, too.

xorg.conf is already present in the files Git repository [b].

The files Git repository contains a debian-freerunner-env.in [e], which
however seems to be slightly different from the one in the
htdocs/freerunner folder: Joachim, which is the "correct" one?

Given the above, I think we can safely remove the htdocs/freerunner
folder :-)
