[pkg-fso-maint] Packaging SHR / more enlightenmen dependencies

Hi,

I was trying to continue packaging the SHR stuff, and did
libframeworkd-phonegui (which is actually just a small wrapper that
loads the right implementation with dlopen). 

The branch “upstream” is actually the subdirectory
libframeworkd-phonegui/ of their “all-in-one“ directory – I extracted it
in a pretty crude way, not sure if git will handle that nicely when
merging[1].

Then I went on to libframeworkd-phonegui-efl, but was unfortunately
stopped by some more e dependencies:

No package 'etk' found
No package 'elementary' found

so that’s why pkg-e is CC’ed: Do you have any plans regarding etk and
elementary?
