I don't think so, IIRC lintian just shows a warning about that.

No hurry, people can just specify their scenearios folder in
/etc/frameworkd.conf.

I haven't checked yet, but are we sure that `su -l` doesn't already do
anything we need? The advantage of shell scripts is that they don't
need to be compiled at all and they are easily customizable.
