The reason behind this is that only the python-gst and gstreamer-alsa
plugin are *strictly* needed by frameworkd: the other plugins (-good,
-bad and -ugly) are useful if you want to hear the ringtones [1], thus
Recommends:.  Each fso-sounds-* package will then Depends: on the needed
plugin.

This will help users to finally tune the list of installed packages,
since e.g. Ogg ringtones require the -base package.

FWIW, I tested frameworkd 0.2.0-git20080909-6 with all plugins purged
and I could successfully place and receive a call, discussion with the
other end included.

The ALSA GStreamer plugin is another beast: I left it as a Depends: for
frameworkd because AFAIK it's needed to interact with the sound card,
thus *necessary* to talk (but I haven't tested without).
