I was wondering the same before committing the patch and then I thought
that we should reflect upstream FSO as best as we can.  And I also
thought that cursor alone is quite ugly on a touchscreen device ;-)

Well, as you told me once, "power to those who do stuff".  Just kidding.

However, I've a small problem which prevents me to upload: usually for
each change I commit I manually generate a debian/changelog entry.  I
clearly remember that you use an automatic tools, can you elaborate a
bit more on this?
