[pkg-fso-maint] status of shr packaging

my bad. I recently changed reprepro to accept unsigned packages (because
we do access control based on alioth group membership), but it seems I
have to add this second line:

$ cat /home/groups/pkg-fso/repository/conf/uploaders
allow * by unsigned
allow * by any key

The package is included now.
